Prof. Dr. Michael Feindt, Founder and Chief Scientific Advisor of Blue Yonder began the year with a special meeting in his calendar: together with other key business leaders, Dr. Feindt was invited to the British Museum to meet the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom as well as the German Chancellor.
Prime Minister, David Cameron hosted the German Chancellor, Angela Merkel as well as some 100 key British and German Business and Innovation Leaders at the British Museum on the 7 January 2015. Among them, Dr. Michael Feindt, Founder and Chief Scientist of Blue Yonder, “I really enjoyed the exchange of ideas between state leaders, such as Mrs. Merkel and Mr. Cameron, as well as with other high-ranking representatives of companies and organisations. The room was full of inspiration for some new business ideas based on Blue Yonder technology,” explains Prof. Dr. Michael Feindt. “This invitation validates that Big Data has finally arrived as a indisputable function in society.”
During the lunch briefing, both Angela Merkel and David Cameron highlighted the good economic cooperation between Germany and the United Kingdom.
